Who this covers
The Service is used by contractors ("you") to manage their own customers. When you upload your customers' information, you are the owner of that data and we process it on your behalf to provide the Service. This policy describes our own practices; how you handle your customers' information is governed by your agreement with them and applicable law.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), business name, trade, and contact details.
- Business and customer data you provide — your customers' names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses; estimates, invoices, payments, jobs, expenses, inventory, and documents you create or upload.
- Payment information — when you or your customers pay through the Service, card and bank details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

AI features and your data

When you use them, the relevant content (such as a message you're editing) is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a result. We choose providers that do not use your data to train their models through their business API. We never use your customers' data to build advertising profiles.
